Job
Summary:
Support
and participate in all stages of the recruitment process—from sourcing
candidates to onboarding
to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs. Assist in developing and
monitoring the annual manpower plan and contribute to refining HR policies and
organizational practices to improve overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Participate in setting and
updating the annual manpower plan by coordinating with department heads to
determine recruitment needs and ensure timely execution.

Ensure recruitment
processes, policies, and procedures are consistently applied in alignment with
the recruitment strategy.

Review job applications and
job orders to match candidates with role requirements.
·
Create and publish job
advertisements across multiple platforms, managing internal and external
postings and effectively utilizing various recruitment channels (LinkedIn,
Facebook, job portals) to attract qualified candidates.
·
Develop, maintain, and
update a comprehensive talent database for future staffing needs.
·
Conduct competency-based HR
interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and qualifications.
·
Screen resumes and job
applications to ensure an effective and efficient filtration process.
·
Coordinate technical
interviews with hiring managers to ensure smooth workflow.
·
Follow up with selected
candidates regarding start dates and required hiring documents.
·
Deliver orientation
sessions to new employees, presenting company strategy, policies, and work
culture.
·
Maintain accurate records
of all recruitment stages (applications, screenings, interview results, etc.)
to support data-driven analysis.

Assist in organizational
needs analysis and support the development of workflow improvement plans.
·
Build and present quarterly
and annual hiring reports.
·
Network with potential
candidates through professional groups, social media, and events.
·
Conduct initial phone
screens and create qualified shortlists.
·
Track recruitment metrics
such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
·
Maintain an updated
database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
