Eng. Ayman Abd El Khalek Hassan holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering, obtained in 2004 from the Department of Mechanics at Cairo University. In 2015, he earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in the United States. Throughout his career, Eng. Hassan has developed both his technical and managerial skills, overcoming numerous challenges and completing various training programs, including middle management development, situational leadership, kiln maintenance seminars, mill maintenance and operation, and cement manufacturing.
Eng. Yasser Sobhy is an accomplished Supply Chain Director with over 30 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and material management within the cement and industrial sectors. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from Menofia University and has consistently delivered operational improvements and cost reductions through his extensive knowledge of spare parts, materials, alloys, and supplier management in various international projects.
Mr. Abd Rabbo Youssef graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tanta University in 1993 and has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1995. He became registered as an attorney at the Court of Cassation, the Administrative Court, and the Supreme Constitutional Court in 2015.
Mr. Ragy Yehia has over 25 years of experience in financial management, progressing through various leadership roles to his current position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including cash management, budgeting, investments, and financial reporting. His expertise also includes regulatory compliance, capital structure management, and driving organizational growth through strategic financial planning.
Dr. Walid Aly has been the Group Human Resources Director of ASEC and NDT Group since 2020. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and driving the people and culture strategy, which includes leadership succession, learning and development, talent management, workforce planning, and total rewards.

He then moved on to become the Deputy of Consultancy Projects Director . Throughout his career, his experience extended to cover one hundred and twenty one Cement plants including two hundred and twenty six Production lines inside and outside Egypt, through Operation and Management , Create Corporate Policies and Procedures ,Technical studies , Increase Production capacities and Upgrades , Technical and Financial Evaluations , Technical Consultancy . Geographically, Eng. Shokri has worked as a Plant Manager or Deputy Operations Director in most of Egypt’s cement plants and several others across the Arab and African regions. His extensive experience spans working with major equipment manufacturers in both the grey and white cement industries, and includes expertise in both dry and wet production methods. He has also participated in numerous local, regional, and international conferences and exhibitions. Eng. Hisham played a key role in developing ASEC’s Training Academy, where he served as a manager, trainer, and lecturer during its various stages starting from 2002 till Now. He graduated from Alexandria University’s Faculty of Science (Special Chemistry) in 1986 and has participated in several technical training programs both in Egypt and internationally.

In his technical career, he advanced from a Mechanical Consulting Engineer to Shift Leader, Production Manager, Plant Manager, and eventually to the position of Operations Director. He then moved on to become the Director of the Performance and Planning Support Sector at the regional technical center for Lafarge in Cairo, covering the Middle East region, which includes the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, and Pakistan. Throughout his career, he has also served as a Board Member for various group companies and as a member of the executive committees of Emirates Cement (Orascom) and Lafarge Titan in Egypt, as well as being the Head of the Technical Sector at Orascom’s branch in Turkey.

Emam began his career at ASEC as a geologist for quarries in cement factories and advanced through various technical management roles, including shift manager and production manager in multiple cement factories across Egypt. He later took on the role of project manager for Helwan Portland Cement, National Cement, Misr Beni Suef Cement, and Assiut Building Materials, before becoming the regional manager for the Sinai region. His progression culminated in his current role, where he oversees successful external projects for ASEC.
His extensive expertise in the cement industry includes:
Geology: Conducting geological studies of raw materials for cement production, supervising quarry operations, and overseeing safe blasting and drilling processes.
Production: Managing cement factory operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring high-quality clinker and cement production. He has been responsible for improving energy and material consumption while maintaining the highest efficiency of factory equipment.
Project Management: Leading teams in major cement projects, including Helwan Cement, National Cement, Misr Beni Suef, Assiut for Building Materials, and the Kar Cement Project in Iraq. His role involved overseeing all technical aspects of operations, meeting production targets, managing spare parts, and reducing costs.
As the Regional Manager for Sinai, Eng. Emam was responsible for the operations and maintenance of ASEC’s projects for Sinai Grey Cement and Sinai White Cement.
In his current role as Director of Operations for External Projects, he has led performance improvements in several key projects, including El Takamol in Sudan, Qatrana in Jordan, and Qarachough in Iraq. His efforts have consistently resulted in increased productivity and optimized kiln capacity.
Eng. Emam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, which he earned in 1985 with distinction from Al-Azhar University.

Since Eng. El Baghdady joined ASEC, he has held several significant positions, including Project Manager and Technical Center Director. In his current role as Local Operations Director, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ASEC’s cement plants in Egypt, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
He has also worked extensively with LafargeHolcim across the Middle East and Africa, including in the UAE, Uganda, South Africa, and Nigeria. His responsibilities in these regions included leading maintenance and operational divisions, overseeing the engineering, maintenance, and commissioning of cement plants.

With 18 years of experience in the cement industry and a range of positions, Eng. Hassan has built extensive knowledge of the field, becoming fully conversant with even the smallest details of the cement production process.
Eng. Hassans career includes working at FLSmidth, where he served as Head of the Maintenance Department, as well as positions at Arabia Cement, Wadi El Nile Cement, and National Cement. In 2017, he joined ASEC, starting as the Corporate Maintenance Manager. He was later promoted to Senior Manager at ASEC’s Technical Center, and most recently, in July 2024, to the position of Business Development Director.
During his career, Eng. Hassan has worked at several cement plants in Egypt, Algeria, and Sudan. He has been responsible for leading ASEC’s Technical Center experts across the MENA region, assisting ASEC projects and their clients in addressing technical challenges. Eng. Hassan has also overseen quality assurance and standardization projects, including the development of operational manuals, ISO compliance, and standard operating procedures.
Eng. Hassan’s leadership in both technical and business development roles has positioned him as a key figure in driving the growth and success of ASEC and its clients.

He is responsible for optimizing the sourcing and delivery of spare parts, managing foreign procurement logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to multiple sites. Under his leadership, the procurement department has achieved significant efficiency improvements and strengthened relationships with global suppliers.
Throughout his career, Yasser has held leadership roles in major projects for companies such as ASEC, FLSmidth, and ARESCO, as well as ZAHANA Cement Company in Algeria. He has been instrumental in planning and executing procurement strategies, overseeing preventive maintenance, and managing supply chain operations. His experience includes leading cross-functional teams in the maintenance and modification of production lines, contributing to the smooth operation of major cement companies.
Yasser’s proactive approach to risk management and crisis response, combined with his technical expertise, enables him to develop strategies that enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability. He is known for his hands-on leadership and ability to adapt to evolving market demands, ensuring seamless operations and cost-effective supply chain solutions.

Mr.
Abd Rabbo Youssef graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tanta University in 1993
and has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1995. He became

in law, Mr. Youssef has built a distinguished career in litigation before
ordinary and administrative courts, as well as international commercial
arbitration centers. His contributions have been instrumental in securing
significant rulings in both national and international legal arenas.
Mr.
Youssef began his legal career working at prominent law firms before
transitioning to corporate law in 1999. He started as a lawyer in the legal
department of Genenco for Advanced Industries and Chemicals and Genenco
Contracting, and later served as Legal Advisor for Freyssinet Egypt.
In
2004, he became the Legal Affairs Manager at Obour for Development and
Construction, where he oversaw legal operations in Egypt and contributed to
projects in the UAE.
In
2011, Mr. Youssef joined ASEC Cement Group as a Legal Advisor, where he played
a key role in overseeing the construction of ASEC Minya Cement, guiding the project
from its inception in 2011 until its acquisition by Misr Cement Qena in 2015.
Since
2020, he has served as Director of Legal Affairs for National Development and
Trading Company (ASEC Holding) and has been seconded as the Director of Legal
Affairs for Arab Swiss Engineering Company (ASEC). His leadership has been
vital in managing legal affairs for multiple subsidiaries across the region.
Mr. Ragy Yehia has over 25 years of experience in financial management, progressing through various leadership roles to his current position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including cash management, budgeting, investments, and financial reporting. His expertise also includes regulatory compliance, capital structure management, and driving organizational growth through strategic financial planning.
As CFO, Mr. Yehia is skilled at developing and implementing financial best practices, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring strong financial controls. He is a trusted advisor to senior management, playing a key role in aligning financial operations with the company’s broader business objectives and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Before becoming CFO, Mr. Yehia held pivotal roles such as Budget & Planning Manager, where he implemented budgeting policies, ensured legal compliance, and guided the company’s financial stability through effective forecasting. He also led the Accounts Receivable department, where he was instrumental in converting the AR system to SAP, streamlining processes, and improving cash flow efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Yehia worked as a Senior Accountant in Accounts Payable and General Ledger, overseeing complex financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
Mr. Yehia holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Ain-Shams University and has completed professional courses in leadership, financial analysis, and business ethics, further enhancing his ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor future leaders.

Dr. Walid Aly has been the Group Human Resources Director of ASEC and NDT Group since 2020. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and driving the people and culture strategy, which includes leadership succession, learning and development, talent management, workforce planning, and total rewards.
With more than 23 years of experience in human capital management and employee well-being, Dr. Aly is an HR veteran who excels at linking corporate objectives to staff performance. Before joining NDT, he served as the Human Resources Director at Minya Portland Cement for five years, where he led the transformation of the human capital management system into a digitally smart system by successfully implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Prior to that, Dr. Aly spent nearly five years at ASEC Cement, the cement arm of Citadel Capital, where he held positions such as HR Manager and HR Operations Supervisor. He also brings valuable expertise in healthcare and employee well-being from his experience at Alameda Group.
Dr. Aly holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Asyut University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
