Dubi, 11 November 2025 – Arab Swiss Engineering Company (ASEC) and A³&Co.® LLC have signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement initially focused on the Syrian cement and construction materials sector establishing a joint platform to support the country’s industrial recovery, modernization, and transition toward low-carbon competitiveness, as well as other new territories serving the expansion of both entities.
Under this agreement, ASEC will leverage its deep legacy in engineering, operation & maintenance (O&M), and technical training, while A³&Co.® will contribute its global expertise in operational excellence strategies, decarbonization strategy, digital maturity, and circular-economy transformation for cement producers. The cooperation will prioritize projects that enhance plant efficiency, enable alternative fuel integration, and prepare Syrian producers for future export markets.

- Decarbonization & Digital Strategy, defining practical roadmaps for energy efficiency, fuel flexibility, and digital integration.
- New Joint Projects & Investments, co-developing future modernization initiatives and greenfield feasibility studies.
This collaboration aligns with Syria’s broader industrial rehabilitation efforts and reflects both companies’ commitment to “Reducing Carbon while Reducing Cost”, ensuring the most needed reconstruction deliveries long-term environmental and economic resilience.
