Leadership in Action | Chairman & Managing Director Plant Visits
We were honored to welcome Mr. Ashraf El-Kahky, Chairman & Managing Director, along with members of the top management team, during their visits to two cement plants operated by ASEC – KAR Cement Plant in Iraq and Nahda Cement Plant in Egypt.
These visits reflect Mr. El-Kahky’s hands-on leadership approach, emphasizing the importance of staying close to the teams on the ground, understanding their challenges, and recognizing their efforts.
In addition to engaging with staff, the visits also focused on ensuring client satisfaction with ASEC’s performance, reinforcing our commitment to consistently meeting — and exceeding — expectations.
